Unless a separate agreement and applicable regulatory authorization expressly provide otherwise, the Platform is an educational and decision-support tool. Its AI outputs and analytics are not individualized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold a financial instrument.

You remain responsible for your trading decisions, order instructions, risk limits, and legal obligations. Market data, calculations, and AI responses may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Past performance does not establish future results.

We do not guarantee profits, improved performance, analytical accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or any particular trading outcome. Historical analysis and examples do not guarantee future results.

AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Verify important information and do not rely on an AI response as the sole basis for a financial decision.

You retain rights you already have in content you submit. You authorize us to host, process, transmit, and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Do not submit content you are not authorized to share, malicious code, or content that violates law or another person's rights.

Broker and third-party integrations may be governed by separate agreements, permissions, fees, and privacy terms. Review them before connecting an account.

Do not assume an order was placed, changed, or cancelled unless the relevant feature confirms the action. Verify order status with the relevant broker. Independent third-party services remain subject to their own terms.

The Platform's software, branding, design, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. No ownership is transferred to you.

If paid features are offered, the checkout page should state the plan, price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and material conditions before purchase.

Cancellation, renewal, and refund rules must match the actual billing configuration and applicable law. Review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing. Do not publish a price or renewal condition that does not match the live service.
